Profile Account

On the Profile Account menu, users can get Account information such as General Account Info, Company Info, Login Data, Personal Info, and Uploaded Files.

Account Info#

Merchants can view and fill in information about Merchant Account Information by filling in the fields below then click save to save data changes.

Company Info#

Merchants can view and fill in information about Company info by filling in the fields below then click save to save data changes.

Login Data#

Merchants can view information about merchant login data consisting of username and email. You can change the data by clicking the Change Email and Username button or change password to change the password.

Change Email & Username#

After clicking the Change Email and Username button, the following page will be displayed. To change it you can fill it in with new information and click proceed.

Change Password#

When you click the change password button, the following page will be displayed. You can fill in all the fields according to the terms listed and click Proceed.

Personal Info#

Merchants can view and fill in information about User Personal Information by filling in the fields below then click save to save data changes.

Upload Files#

In this submenu, merchants can upload files that can support the merchant registration process or merchant business needs. Information on files that have been uploaded can be seen in the following table.

Uploading can be done by clicking the Upload Files button. Then the following page will be displayed, fill in all the required fields in accordance with the terms then click Create.

In addition, merchants can also edit, delete and downloading files that have been uploaded by clicking the related action buttons.
