Dashboard

On the dashboard menu, users can get information about total transactions, total approval ratio, total chargebacks, total pending, and traffic overview in the form of graphs.

Transaction Summary#

Total Transaction
Displays the total of Payin and Payout transactions that have been made by merchants in that month.
Total Approval Ratio
Displays the percentage of Merchant Approval Ratio in that month.
Total Chargeback
Displays the total Chargeback that the merchant has made in that month.
Total Pending
Displays the total transactions that have Pending status on the merchant in that month.

Traffic Overview#

In this traffic overview graph, the number of various transactions is displayed according to the time of the transaction. You can also filter by status by clicking on the status at the bottom of the graph.
